You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. JobInn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts registered with inaccurate or incomplete information.

However, JobInn cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

- Consequences of Violating Account Use Policy: Violations of the Account Registration and Use policy may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, and legal action. JobInn reserves the right to enforce these policies at its discretion.
12. Nature of the Platform
- Marketplace Function: JobInn operates as a digital marketplace platform that connects individuals and organizations seeking to obtain services ("Clients") with individual service providers ("Service Providers"). Our platform facilitates these connections by providing a space where Clients can post tasks and Service Providers can offer their services in response. While JobInn plays a crucial role in facilitating these connections, it does not directly participate in the execution or delivery of services.
- Commitment to Safety and Security: JobInn is dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. We strive to implement measures aimed at ensuring every job posted and service offered on our platform is secure, legal, and conducted in good faith. This includes offering users the ability to access reviews and ratings, and utilize features that enable direct communication to assess reliability and trustworthiness. Despite our efforts, it is important to acknowledge that JobInn cannot monitor every interaction or guarantee the safety, legality, or appropriateness of the jobs and services transacted through our platform.
- Independent Contractor Status: Service Providers on JobInn operate as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, or agents of JobInn or any Client. This status underscores that Service Providers have the freedom to determine how and when to perform tasks, within the scope defined by the Client. JobInn does not oversee the execution of tasks and is not involved in determining the specifics of the work to be completed.
- No Employer-Employee Relationship: JobInn does not enter into an employer-employee relationship with any Service Provider. The platform serves only to connect Service Providers with Clients, without providing supervision, direction, or control over the work performed. Both Clients and Service Providers are responsible for any agreements or contracts they choose to enter into following a connection made on JobInn. Furthermore, JobInn does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services arranged through the platform.
- Limitation of Liability: While JobInn takes steps to enhance user safety and job security, it is not liable for the actions, omissions, or the outcomes of interactions between Users. The platform does not insure or assume liability for services provided by Service Providers nor offers worker's compensation. Users are encouraged to exercise caution, perform due diligence, and utilize the tools provided by JobInn, such as reviews and direct messaging, to make informed decisions.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes between Clients and Service Providers related to services provided or received through JobInn, including issues of quality, timing, and satisfaction, are to be resolved directly between the involved parties. JobInn may facilitate dispute resolution as a courtesy but is not obligated to mediate disputes or offer compensation.
13. Services Description
- Scope of Services: JobInn offers a digital marketplace platform that facilitates connections between individuals and organizations ("Clients") seeking services and individual service providers ("Service Providers") offering a variety of legal, personal, and professional services. The platform supports a wide range of service categories, from household chores to specialized professional tasks, provided they comply with all applicable laws.
- Service Posting and Selection Process:
- Posting and Application: Clients post jobs detailing the services needed, including the task description, expected completion timeline, and payment offer. Interested Service Providers apply for these jobs based on the details provided and their willingness to perform the task at the specified rate.
- Selection and Payment Reservation: Clients review applications and select a Service Provider based on their criteria. Upon selection, Clients pay the agreed amount to reserve the Service Provider. This amount includes the Service Provider's salary and all applicable fees and taxes as determined by JobInn. This payment is held by JobInn until the job is confirmed as completed.
- Job Confirmation: Once the Service Provider completes the job to the satisfaction of the Client, the Client confirms job completion through the JobInn platform.
- Payment Release: Upon confirmation of job completion, JobInn releases the payment to the Service Provider's wallet within the app, which is linked to their bank account. This process ensures secure and timely payment for services rendered.
- JobInn's Role: JobInn's primary role is to provide a secure platform for posting, discovering, and agreeing to services. While JobInn facilitates the connection between Clients and Service Providers and manages the payment process, it does not directly oversee the execution of tasks. JobInn provides tools and features, such as user reviews and a direct messaging system, to aid in making informed decisions; however, the quality, safety, and legality of services arranged are the responsibility of the Users involved.
- Responsibilities of Users:
- Due Diligence: Clients and Service Providers are encouraged to communicate directly to clarify job expectations and service delivery standards. Service Providers should ensure they fully understand the job requirements before accepting a task.
- Agreement Compliance: Both parties are expected to adhere to the terms set forth in the job posting and the agreement reached through the JobInn platform. Disputes over service quality, completion, or payment terms should be resolved through the mechanisms provided by JobInn.
- Updates and Modifications: JobInn reserves the right to modify the Services Description, including payment processes and service guidelines, to reflect changes in our platform, legal and regulatory requirements, or user feedback. Significant changes will be communicated to Users, but it is recommended to review this section periodically for updates.
14. Feedback and Ratings System
- Mandatory Rating Submission: To foster a community of trust and ensure the quality of services provided through JobInn, we require all Clients to submit a rating for Service Providers upon the completion of a job. This rating should reflect the Client's honest assessment of the service provided, including aspects such as quality, reliability, and overall satisfaction.
- Purpose of Ratings: Ratings are a crucial component of JobInn’s ecosystem, serving the dual purpose of acknowledging excellent service and informing other users. They contribute to a transparent marketplace where Service Providers are motivated to perform their best, and Clients can select Service Providers with confidence based on their track record.
- Rating Guidelines:
- Honesty and Fairness: Ratings should be submitted honestly and fairly, reflecting the true nature of the service experience. Users are encouraged to provide constructive feedback that is beneficial to both Service Providers and the wider JobInn community.
- Timeliness: Ratings should be submitted promptly after the completion of a service to ensure that feedback is relevant and timely.
- Impact of Ratings:
- Service Provider Performance: Consistently high ratings can enhance a Service Provider’s reputation on JobInn, potentially leading to more service opportunities. Conversely, consistently low ratings may prompt JobInn to review the Service Provider’s status on the platform.
- Client Expectations: Ratings help Clients set realistic expectations about the services offered by Service Providers. They play a key role in the decision-making process, aiding Clients in choosing the right Service Provider for their needs.
- Dispute Resolution and Rating Adjustments: In cases where a dispute arises regarding the service provided, JobInn encourages Users to utilize our dispute resolution process. If a resolution leads to a significant change in the service outcome, JobInn may, at its discretion, allow for the adjustment of the original rating to reflect the resolved outcome.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement: JobInn is committed to the continuous improvement of our platform and services. The feedback and ratings system is a vital part of this process, helping us to identify and address issues, enhance user satisfaction, and build a thriving online marketplace.
15. User Conduct
- General Expectations: At JobInn, we strive to create a positive and productive environment for all users. To achieve this, we expect every user to adhere to the following principles of conduct:
- Respect and Professionalism: Treat all users with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, and abusive language are strictly prohibited.
- Honesty and Integrity: Engage in all transactions and communications honestly. Misrepresentation of services, skills, or intentions is not tolerated.
- Compliance with Laws: Ensure that all activities conducted through the platform comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to those related to labor, trade, taxation, and intellectual property.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users of JobInn are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
- Illegal Activities: Posting, offering, or engaging in any illegal activities or services.
- Infringement of Rights: Violating the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and personal rights.
- Spamming and Unsolicited Contact: Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam to other users.
- Manipulation of Services or Payments: Attempting to manipulate JobInn's platform, including the feedback system, payment processes, or service delivery.
- Endangering Safety: Posting jobs or offering services that involve dangerous activities, require professional licensing not held by the Service Provider, or otherwise endanger the safety of any user.
- Inappropriate Content: Sharing or posting content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
- Consequences of Violating User Conduct: Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in a range of actions taken by JobInn, including but not limited to:
- Warning: Issuing a warning to the offending user.
- Suspension: Temporarily suspending the user's account.
- Termination: Permanently terminating the user's account.
- Legal Action: Taking legal action against the user for serious violations.
- Reporting Violations: JobInn encourages users to report any behavior or content that violates these conduct guidelines. Our team will review reports promptly and take appropriate action to maintain the integrity and safety of the platform.
- Commitment to a Positive Environment: JobInn is committed to fostering a community where users can connect confidently and securely. We rely on our users to help us maintain a platform that upholds these standards of conduct.
16. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
- Fees: JobInn's platform utilizes a variable fee structure for the transactions facilitated between Clients and Service Providers. These fees, along with the total payment due, are displayed to the Client at the time of selecting a Service Provider from those who have applied to the job posting. This ensures full transparency regarding the financial aspects of the service before any commitment is made.
- Payments: When a Client selects a Service Provider for a job, the Client is required to make payment to reserve the Service Provider. This payment includes the agreed compensation for the Service Provider, in addition to JobInn's variable fees and any applicable taxes. JobInn holds this payment until the job is confirmed as completed, safeguarding the interests of both parties involved in the transaction.
- Cancellations by Clients:
- More Than 24 Hours Before Job Start: Clients are entitled to cancel a job more than 24 hours before the scheduled start without incurring any penalty. In such cases, the full amount paid will be reimbursed to the Client.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Job Start: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, the Client will be reimbursed half of the total payment. The remaining half compensates the Service Provider for their time and the lost opportunity.
- Repeated Cancellations: Regardless of the cancellation timeframe, if a Client cancels jobs more than three times, JobInn reserves the right to restrict the Client's account to ensure platform reliability and trust.
- Cancellations by Service Providers:
- Service Providers are encouraged to cancel a job without penalty if done so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
- Should a Service Provider cancel less than 24 hours before the job start on two occasions, JobInn may restrict their account to maintain the integrity and reliability of the service for Clients.
- In the event a Service Provider cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled job, JobInn commits to making all reasonable efforts, at our cost, to find a suitable replacement Service Provider for the Client. Should a replacement not be found, the Client will receive a full reimbursement.
- Modifications to Policy: JobInn may update these policies regarding fees, payments, and cancellations to adapt to changing operational needs, legal requirements, or user feedback. Users will be informed of any significant changes in advance, and continued use of the platform following such changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform Content Ownership: All content provided on the JobInn platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the platform, is the property of JobInn or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. JobInn reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the platform and its content.

By making available any User Content on or through the JobInn platform, you hereby grant JobInn a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such User Content only on, through, or by means of the JobInn platform.

19. Dispute Resolution and Incident Reporting
- Platform-Based Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute arising between a Service Provider and a Client related to a service provided or received through the JobInn platform, JobInn offers a Platform-Based Resolution Process. This process is designed to efficiently resolve disputes by allowing JobInn to review the circumstances, evaluate the evidence provided by both parties, and make a determination regarding the dispute.
- Submission of Dispute: Either party involved in the dispute may submit the issue to JobInn through the platform's designated dispute resolution feature, providing all relevant details and evidence to support their position.
